Exchange & Refund Policy

We do not have Return, Refund, Exchange or cancellation policy.
We do not accept Cash On Delivery.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changes cannot be made to it.
Please feel free to enquire about any clarifications you may need on any aspects such as colour, fabric, texture, size etc. kindly read the details in the description of each image and if any query, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification before deciding to buy. Please avoid impulsive booking.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve as soon as possible.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You should take a CLEAR opening video (unedited and uncut video) which is MANDATORY. WITHOUT OPENING VIDEO WE CANNOT EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchange/Return request is applicable only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 3 (Three) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
2. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
3. Unpacking video is must for damage, partial and wrong product received.
Customer will have to self ship the products in the address provided by our customer support.
Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back and product(s) pass(es) the quality check. Please note we are only charging what our logistics partner charge us as shipping rates.
Based on the availability of the product at the time of exchange, same or different product(s) will be sent back to customer as per their selection.
Only in unavoidable situations(like Package missed by courier side ), amount will be refund.
Refund amount will be processed and credited to customer's account in 2-4 working days(May vary depends on the bank holidays).
Size Issues
Kindly check our SIZE CHART and choose your comfortable measurements before placing your orders as we do not have exchange, returns, refund or cancellation policy. Each brand's size chart differs from one another. If you are unable to find the size chart do not hesitate to get in touch through our instagram page direct message, we'll help you find the size chart which is available for reference in the website.
We will not entertain any type of request or argument regarding size issues. Strictly no exchange of sizes.
Fit of the dress and size varies from one style to another, therefore please feel free to clarify it with us in case you have any doubts.
We also do not accept exchange on sale items.
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you or return of package to us by the postal service due to your unavailability to receive the product, the charges to resend the product will be payable by you.
